Vic: Fourth person charged over murder of Desmond Moran

Purana taskforce detectives have charged a fourth person over the shooting of underworld
figure DES "TUPPENCE" MORAN.

The 45-year-old man .. MICHAEL FARRUGIA .. from Myrniong northwest of Melbourne ..

has been charged with murder .. after police seized several items .. including a vehicle
.. from his home yesterday.

Farrugia appeared before a bail justice in an out-of-sessions hearing overnight and
was remanded in custody to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates' Court later today.

Mr MORAN'S sister-in-law .. gangland widow JUDY MORAN and family friend SUZANNE KANE
have both been charged with murder with the murder of Mr MORAN in June.
