A LEADING judge will take a ride in a hot-air balloon to help himmake a ruling in a court case involving Bedminster-based CameronBalloons.
Judge Michael Fysh, head of the patents county court in London,will lift off from Ashton Court on Monday, weather permitting.
Australian hot-air balloon maker Kavanagh Balloons has accusedCameron of infringing a patent on a special vent.
The judge is making the trip, accompanied by lawyers from bothparties, so he can understand what the case is all about, the LordChancellor's Department says.
