NSW: Hanson official booked for drink driving.

A senior official of PAULINE HANSON'S One Nation Party has been charged with drink-driving
in Sydney.

TREVOR CLARKE, NSW State Director of PAULINE HANSON'S One Nation, has been charged
with mid-range drink-driving after being stopped on his way home from work this morning
in suburban Punchbowl.

Polices sources say Mr CLARKE was pulled over shortly before 3am (AEDT) and asked to
undergo a breath test.

Mr CLARKE says he's yet to decide whether he will contest the charge.

He says he and his colleagues had been working long hours before drinking last night.

He says he certainly didn't feel like he was over the limit.

A spokesman for Hurstville police says Mr CLARKE had been issued an attendance notice
to appear in Sutherland Local Court early in the New Year.
